Peterson's Design happily works with all Customers to ensure their full satisfaction with every ring we fabricate and sell!
That said, even with the best intentions, problems will still arise. Please review our Returns & Cancellations Policies below. Additionally, please be aware I do not offer Exchanges for very specific reasons related to the fabrication of my rings.
Returns
Peterson's Design accepts returns of both Custom Ordered and Pre-Made Rings, provided the following conditions are met:

The request for a Return is made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of ring delivery.

No visible damage has been made to the ring.
Once the returned ring is received by Peterson's Design, a refund will be issued within one to two (1-2) business days from the date of receipt to the original method of payment, less shipping costs and transaction fees. Customer is responsible for all costs and fees for shipping their ring back to Peterson's Design and will not be refunded.
After fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of ring delivery, all sales are considered 'Final' and are no longer eligible for Returns.
At the time of Product Receipt by Peterson's Design and refund of payment, Customer understands and agrees to release any implicit or explicit rights of ownership over the returned ring, while simultaneously acknowledging Peterson's Design re-assumes all rights of ownership over the returned ring. Further, Customer also understands and acknowledges Peterson's Design can and will sell returned rings to another Consumer, further agreeing to not impede in any manner or method the sale of this ring to another Consumer, relinquishing rights to any method of legal recourse.

Cancellations
Peterson's Design allows for the Cancellation of Custom Ordered Rings, provided the request for Cancellation is made prior to Shipment Notification to Customer. Once a ring has been shipped to the Customer, should they still wish to return their ring, they will need to begin the Return process (see policy above).
Once the Cancellation Request is received, a refund will be issued within one to two (1-2) business days from the date of the Cancellation Request to the original method of payment, less transaction fees.
Upon receipt of Cancellation Request and refund of payment, Customer understands and agrees to release any implicit or explicit rights of ownership upon the fabrication of their ordered ring. Further, Customer also understands Peterson's Design continues to maintain and hold all rights and privileges over the ring, including and up to selling the ring to another Consumer. Customer further agrees to not impede in any manner or method the sale of this ring to another Consumer, relinquishing rights to any method of legal recourse.
